What is a Cisco Exams ?
Cisco is one of the most respected certification programs in the networking industry. Cisco offers a series of exams that are challenging and fun. The CCNA provides validation to those with a year or more experience routing and switching, while the ICND1 exam serves as an introduction to the CCNA program. The ICND2 exam provides the second half of this program.

Cisco exams are a great way to validate your knowledge of complex technologies in order to advance your career opportunities. You can find out more about Cisco exams at the Cisco Learning Network (CLN).
The CLN provides online courses, practice tests with explanations, video tutorials and other tools that help you prepare for any upcoming exam – including those offered by other vendors like Microsoft or Pearson VUE – so you don’t have to worry about paying extra fees or spending time traveling from one test center location to another just so that you can take an exam at a different place than usual.
The CCNA provides validation to those with a year or more experience routing and switching.
The Cisco Certified Network Associate exam (CCNA) is a foundation certification that validates your knowledge of complex technologies in order to advance your career opportunities. It’s the first step toward achieving Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
The CCNA provides validation to those with a year or more experience routing and switching, as well as those who have completed one or more deployment projects involving these networks.
The CCNP is more focused on advanced technologies like Security, Voice, Routing and Switching, Storage, Wireless and Service Provider.
The CCNP is more focused on advanced technologies like Security, Voice, Routing and Switching, Storage, Wireless and Service Provider. It requires a lot of preparation as compared to the CCNA version.
The Cisco certification exams are split into two different categories: one for candidates that have just completed their associate degree or bachelor’s degree in networking; the other for those who have earned a bachelor’s degree but do not have any experience in network administration or design prior to taking these certifications.
In this program, you will gain a deep knowledge of networking technologies and solutions.
In this program, you will gain a deep knowledge of networking technologies and solutions. This includes everything from enterprise networking to security and service provider networks.
If you are looking for an advanced certification that will help you obtain employment in today’s demanding job market, then CCNP may be the right choice for you!
It takes some time to prepare for these exams.
To prepare for these international exams, you need to study and practice. You also need to know the objectives of each exam, as well as its format and questions/answers. It’s not enough just to memorize facts about Cisco IOS; you need to know how those facts relate back together into an understanding of what it takes for someone who is working in this field day-to-day.
You don’t have time or energy available right now? That’s OK! There are plenty of resources out there (including ours) that can help guide your studies so they’re not wasted effort or money on something that isn’t necessary or helpful at all—and then again maybe they will be just what makes sense after all!
Achieving Cisco certification validates your knowledge of complex technologies in order to advance your career opportunities.
Cisco certification is a competitive advantage that validates your knowledge of complex networking technologies. It’s important to note that achieving certifications at different levels such as CCNA, CCNP and CCIE are not identical. You will want to take into account the type of certification you’re pursuing when deciding which exam preparation path is best for you:
- If you’re seeking a career advancement in network administration or network engineering positions, then getting certified would be an excellent way to show employers what skillset they should expect from someone who works with them in these roles.
- If you are looking for employment as an IT professional with security responsibilities (for example), then having any level of Cisco knowledge will be helpful in proving that claim during interviews because companies value candidates who have relevant experience working within their industry verticals before hiring them full time positions!
It is a difficult process but the rewards are worth it. You will be able to work in any industry with your certifications. If you are looking for an exciting career and want to learn more about networking technologies then this might be the right path for you.

The ICND1 exam is the first of two exams required to achieve the CCNA certification. It tests your skills and knowledge of networking fundamentals, routing and switching, LAN switching technologies, IPv4 and IPv6 routing technologies, WAN technologies as well as troubleshooting using Cisco devices.
The exam consists of 45-55 questions and has a passing score of 825 out of 1000 points (80%). The price for this exam is $165 USD.
The ICND2 exam is the second half of the CCNA certification. It provides you with a deeper understanding of how to use protocol-based network devices, such as routers and switches, in a network environment.
The Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is popular because it’s a stepping stone to other certifications like CCNA Routing & Switching or Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices Part 1 (ICND1). In fact, many people who have already taken ICND1 will go on to take ICND2 because it’s more difficult than its predecessor.
