Duolingo is an online English teaching platform.

Duolingo is an online English teaching platform that enables teachers and students to communicate in real-time. Teachers can search for new jobs, set up their own classes and initiate conversations with students using Duolingo’s intuitive chat tool.

Duolingo also allows you to view your progress on the site as well as receive feedback from other teachers. This way, you’ll know exactly how much time you’re spending teaching each lesson and what kind of results your students are getting out of them (if any).

You can choose between three types of plans: Basic ($9/month), Standard ($12/month) or Premium ($18/month). All plans come packaged with a free trial period so that you can try out this service before committing yourself fully!

A Duolingo teacher has to be from English-speaking countries.

To be a Duolingo teacher, you must have a degree in education and have been teaching English for at least three years. You also need to have a TEFL/TESOL certificate and clear criminal record, which means no convictions for crimes like assault or theft.

There are different levels of English teaching on the platform.

The platform has three levels of English teaching: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Teachers who want to teach on the platform need to pass a test before they can be hired by a user.

The tests for each level are usually the easiest or most difficult depending on your skill level as well as how long you’ve been learning English. The test for beginners is usually easier than those administered to more experienced students because it focuses less on grammar rules and more on comprehension skills such as reading aloud or writing compositions that demonstrate your knowledge of basic words and phrases used in everyday conversation.

On average it takes about four hours over two days (one day with breakfast included) at our center before we have enough data collected from each student’s responses so that we know what their current level of proficiency looks like; this means there won’t be any surprises when they come up against our next set of questions!

There are 40 questions in total, with 4 options for each question.

There are 40 questions in total, with 4 options for each question. The tester has to choose the correct answer from 4 options and answer the question with their best effort. You only have 10 minutes for this test!

The questions are divided into sections: Reading Comprehension (10), Listening Comprehension (10), Writing Comprehension (10), Grammar and Vocabulary Review (5) and Vocabulary Creation/Application Essay Structure(5).

The tester needs to finish the test in 45 minutes.

You can use a dictionary as an aid if needed, but remember not to rely solely on it—you may find yourself getting confused by unfamiliar words or phrases that are used in this section of the International exams.

Also remember that when marking questions for review before submitting your answers, there is no point in marking them incorrectly; only correct answers count!

The four options for each question might contain more than one right answer.

The four options for each question might contain more than one right answer. The tester needs to choose the best answer for each question, and there is only one correct answer.

Only those who pass the first test can take the second one.

If you fail the first test, you can take it again. If you pass the first test, then you can take a second one. But if you fail both of them and don’t get anywhere with them (and have no idea how long it will take), then there are only two options: either choose not to teach on our platform or give up teaching forever!

The second test is very difficult; many people think it’s impossible for anyone to pass this one without going through some kind of intensive training course like ours. However, we want everyone who passes our first test with at least 70% accuracy (and preferably more) so that means that even though this may not seem like much fun now…you’ll be able to make money off of it later on down the road when things start kicking off for real!
